Hebrews 1:1-3
Hebrews 1:1–3 invites us to stand in awe of a God who speaks—not in fragments, but in the fullness of His Son, Jesus Christ. The writer reveals that all of history, prophecy, and creation has been leading to this ultimate revelation. Throughout the ages, prophets offered glimpses of truth, like scattered pieces of a puzzle. Now in Christ, every piece fits. Every shadow finds its substance, and every longing heart finds its answer.
Jesus is not merely a messenger from God; He is God Himself, the radiance of His glory and the exact imprint of His being. The One who spoke the universe into existence now upholds it by His powerful word. He sustains creation and, through His sacrifice, redeems it. The Creator of the stars became flesh to cleanse our sin and call us His own, bridging heaven and earth in perfect love.
If life has ever felt like a puzzle with pieces that don’t fit, Hebrews 1 offers hope: every part of God’s story—and ours—finds its place in Christ. The scattered edges of doubt, struggle, and longing converge in Him. He is our revelation, our redeemer, and our ruler. He is the final Word, and in Him, everything holds together. How might seeing your life through the lens of Christ bring clarity and peace to the pieces that feel scattered?
